I am a graduate of Wayne State University where I earned three scholarships in creative writing, a first place award for my poetry, where I read my writing in front of the Ukraine Ambassador. I am currently working on my MA in Creative Writing online at Southern New Hampshire University. I've been published in Wayne State's Newspaper, as well as University of Michigan Dearborn's Newspaper. I am also waiting to hear back about getting published in the Penman review, and the Harvard Review. Currently I work as an independent professional writer, and I work in home health care as a caregiver working with people with disabilities.

Experience

I currently tutor at my Church. I tutor in the subjects inner city youth in the subjects of reading, writing, and vocabulary. I want to be a tutor because I really have a strong grasp of what it means to write great papers as well understand what it means to help others, while at the same time staying strong in their views and presenting them well
